Kevin O'Brien
President, Owner
Kevin founded Agape Construction Company in 1985.
He is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia
with a degree in Engineering.
In addition to being a registered professional engineer, Kevin
is a certified journeyman carpenter. He has extensive experience
in commercial and residential construction projects. Kevin
has grown the business from a one man operation to a 4 million
dollar business with 30 employees.
One of Kevin’s talents has been the ability to hire and retain experienced craftsmen.
Kevin believes that all aspects of Agape should handled with honesty and
integrity with the interests of others forefront our minds.

Sr. Design Consultant
Kevin started with Agape Construction
in 1996 and is a Design Consultant. His formal training
is in Landscape Architecture. Kevin's professional experience,
which includes working for Fortune 500 corporations and
operating small businesses, make him a good fit for the
company. Responsible for remodeling and new custom home
sales, Kevin’s key goals are maintaining high levels
of customer service and satisfaction.

Lauren
D. Monge
Design Consultant
Lauren is a former business owner
with a background in finance and modular construction management.
As a graduate of Western Illinois University, he is skilled
in managing the design/ build process. Serving as one
of Agape's Design Consultants, Lauren implements state-of-the-art
technology to give clients a 3-D virtual tour of their future
projects. His personal commitment to excellence is reflected
in his work.

Laurie
Smith
Senior Architect
As Agape’s Senior Architect, Laurie brings
23 years experience in both commercial and residential
design to the company. A graduate of Iowa State
University, she is licensed in the state of Missouri. Laurie
is known for her attention to detail, creative designs
and ability to capture a client’s dreams in three
dimensions.
"Architecture allows me to connect personally with clients
in order to create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and
uniquely functional.”
Megan Homewood
Estimator & Selections Manager
Megan graduated with Honors from St. Charles Community College. She has over 10 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. She has worked extensively with budgets and custom option pricing. Megan truly enjoys being part of a team that fulfills a client's dream, from concept to completion.

Dean
Bantz
Project Manager & V.P. of Production
Dean is well versed in carpentry and the tools of the trade. During his 20+ years in the industry, he has owned a couple businesses. Organized and excellent at problem solving, Dean is technically savvy and meticulous with details. He begins his 10th year with Agape Construction by bringing a well rounded, professional perspective to the table.

Ryan Knop
Intern Architect
Ryan is part of Agape’s Architectural Design staff. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University. Ryan has the ability to manage multiple projects and provides an integral link from the initial design phase to the computer generated drawings necessary to build with.

Deborah Williams
Selections Coordinator
As Agape’s Selections Coordinator, Deborah enjoys helping clients meet their goals. She stays up to date and is knowledgeable about products on the market today. Deborah has a Bachelors degree in English and a Masters degree in Marketing. She enjoys assisting clients in the often overwhelming process of making selections for a new home.

Blake Stanley
Project Manager
Blake Stanley is Agape’s newest Project Manager with over ten years of experience. He most recently worked for a national homebuilder both as an Operations Manager and Project Superintendent. As a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Blake is known for his dedication and attention to detail.

Lead Carpenter
Patrick is a talented Ranken
graduate with an Associate's Degree in Technology-Carpentry.
Having over six years of experience in the field, nearly
five of them are with Agape Construction. As a Lead Framing Carpenter,
Patrick takes great pride in producing high-quality work
in a timely manner.

from co-workers to homeowners".
Mark Elbert
Lead Carpenter Warranty Manager
Having 25 years of experience in the carpentry field, Mark is one of Agape’s Lead Finish Carpenters. Mark prides himself on jobs well done, and is a great all-around technician who takes ownership of his work. He is also a good communicator, showing genuine interest and concern for our clients.

Lead Carpenter
Ted has been an Agape employee
for over five years. He attended Meramec Community College
and is a gratuate of Ranken Technical College. In addition
to working as a Lead Framing Carpenter for Agape Construction, he has
remodeled city homes on his own. Ted gets along well with
every one, and works hard to ensure the highest quality product.

Don Picard
Lead Carpenter
Don has 20 years of construction experience, varying from roofing and trim carpentry to construction supervisor. As an Agape Lead Finish Carpenter, Don is careful to treat each project as if he was working on his own home … ensuring a job well done. He enjoys seeing the finished product.

Ron
Reed Jr.
Lead Carpenter
Ron learned the carpentry
trade shortly after graduating from high school and worked
as a carpenter for 13 years. Additionally, he owned and
operated his own construction business for six of those
years. Ron puts 100% effort into ensuring the efficiency
and quality of work is first-rate. He likes to make sure
Agape's clients are as comfortable as possible.
"When working, I most enjoy building things from scratch
and watching them grow".

Gagnon
Carpenter
Chris began working for Agape in 2005. He has a degree from Jefferson College and is also a graduate of Ranken Technological College, where he studied Carpentry and Building Technology. Chris previously owned and operated his own cabinetry business and did ironwork. Confident and skillful, he is valuable team player.

Davey Fasano Jr. Carpenter
Having over ten years of carpentry experience, Davey is one of Agape’s many first-rate carpenters. He attended Ranken Technical College in 1995 and enjoys implementing his knowledge in the field. His upbeat personality is a motivating force for others, and his attention to detail makes him a great finish carpenter.

Andrew Majewski
Carpenter
Andrew began working for Agape 4 years ago as an Apprentice Carpenter. He graduated from Lindbergh High, and enjoys learning new things. He is good at receiving instruction and doing what needs to be done. Andrew’s desire to do his job correctly, along with a positive attitude, make him an asset to the Agape team.

Juhn
Mundin
Lead Laborer
Dedicated to excellence, Juhn
became part of the Agape team two years ago and has become
Agape's Lead Laborer. He majored in Mechanical Engineering
at Feati University in the Philippines, where he was trained
specifically to work in hydro power plant stations. Juhn
was also a production manager in the food industry and still
operates his own concession stand on weekends.

Grant Piotrowski
Apprentice Carpenter
Grant enjoys the outdoors and working with his hands. He relishes the challenge of a new task and strives to accomplish them well. He takes pride in his work and enjoys working as a team member at Agape, particularly on the Framing crews at Agape.

Angie
Eastridge
Office Administrator
Angie attended Southwest Missouri
State University and has worked in the office environment
for more than 10 years. Prior to working for Agape, she
was the office manager for St. Louis Times Magazine. As
the Office Administrator, Angie is people-oriented and
has an upbeat, positive outlook infused with a strong work
ethic.

Theresa
DeBarry
Accountant
Theresa came on board in 2004.
As a graduate of St. Louis University, she majored in Accounting
and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
degree. Over the past 12 years she has worked as a CPA, Senior
Accountant and a Financial Analyst. She takes great pride
in keeping accurate financial statements and maintaining
a good relationship with Agape's independent accountants.

Marketing Director
Amy graduated from the University
of Missouri with two degrees. She currently serves as the Marketing Director of both new homes and remodeling projects. Amy has a strong desire
to follow through with customers and enjoys encouraging
others in the work place.

Janice Owens
Book Keeper
Janice joined the Agape Team in 2007. Friendly and outgoing she likes working as a team member. A graduate of St, Louis Community College she values follow through and likes completion. She enjoys giving 100% to her work and managing all those receipts!
